“Got to say this place is the best. I am from Buffalo and eating here makes me feel like home. If you are in the mood for pizza Buffalo style this is your place. Chicken wings are the best in the area, better than Anchor Bar. The subs are amazing Chicken Philly, Steak Bomber and Cheeseburger Sub. You cannot go wrong with Costanzo rolls wow. In the mood for Italian food, try the Chicken Parm. There isn’t one bad thing on the menu. Everything is made from scratch and fresh. This place is the best. Hope it grows into more locations in the Charlotte area. Best part beside the food is the staff owners Jimmy and Steve make you feel like you are eating at home. No surprise they won Charlotte, NC Pizza Wars! They have the best pizza, both Buffalo style and NY style. And all the other authentic Buffalo food! The best wings, chicken fingers, and subs anywhere! We go back to Buffalo to visit family, but the food at Bisonte makes it available 365 days a year in Charlotte! Pepperoni that curls up on the pizza, wings that are big & crispy, subs on authentic Costanzo rolls! Even Beef on Weck! Jimmy & Steve the owners are both Buffalo guys and they do food right! We’ve been going to Bisonte since they opened and it’s perfect! Hope they expand and build more locations!”
