Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

  • Yes. We offer a gluten-free crust and several vegan-friendly toppings. Cross-contact may occur — please notify staff if you have a severe allergy.

Do you use fresh or frozen ingredients?

  • We use fresh, high-quality ingredients and make many menu items in-house daily.

Can I customize my pizza?

  • Absolutely, you can choose crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. Some specialty pizzas may have limited substitutions.

How do you handle allergies?

  • We take allergies seriously. Please notify us when ordering and alert in-store staff. While we do our best to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Are ingredient lists available?

Do you have Gluten Free options?

  • Yes, we have a Gluten Free pizza crust, however we call ourselves Gluten Friendly as we do have flour and wheat products in the faclities. All gluten free pizzas are cooked on parchment paper and have their own utensils to minimize possible cross contamination.

Pickup & Delivery

How long does pickup take?

  • Pickup times vary by order size and location. Typical ready times are 15–30 minutes after ordering. Estimated times are shown at checkout.

What areas do you deliver to?

  • Delivery zones depend on each location. Enter your address during online checkout to see if delivery is available. Or when placing a call in order the staff can check the delivery zone

Catering & Events

Do you offer catering or large-order options?

  • Yes, we offer catering trays, party packages, and bulk orders. Contact your local Bisonte or use the catering request form on the website to request a quote.

Can you cater events off-site?

  • Yes. We provide off-site catering for corporate events, parties, and gatherings. Advance notice is recommended.

  • Enter promo codes during online checkout. One promo code can typically be applied per order unless otherwise specified. Or gift cards can be redeemed in store at checkout.
